Must have established relationships with Lenders, Realtors, and clients. Candidates need to be in good standing with the MA Bar and have a current MA notary commission. A plus if you’re licensed in NH or ME and in good standing. Must be willing to travel to closings.
Real Estate Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced real estate Paralegal to work with a team of friendly professionals handling a high volume of residential and commercial closings for our Real Estate Law firm and Title company. Must have experience reviewing and understanding contracts, handling a file from file open to postclosing, including reviewing titles, preparing title commitments, drafting closing disclosures, reconciling transaction figures and resolving title issues. Candidate must thrive in a busy environment
Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
At least 2 years experience in residential or commercial real estate is required
Ability to multi-task
Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and title software
Experience addressing office management and organization issues in a law firm context.
