Aviation: General Counsel for general aviation avionics manufacturer providing primary flight displays, traffic avoidance, and auto-pilot instrumentation; Ten years in-house experience with a large international transportation business based in the UK; Counsel US-based aircraft products manufacturers involved in the engine, landing gear, and hydraulics maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
Insurance: National Environmental Litigation Counsel for Hanover Insurance; performed coverage analysis, reduced pending declaratory judgment actions from fifty to six in twelve months, established a database for management of environmental claims for seventeen offices doing business in thirty-five states; Experience with broker selection and placement of insurance for high-risk businesses in the London market; Serve as counsel for aviation broker regarding insured contracts for aircraft leases, sales, management agreements, and hangar use permits.
Engineering/Environmental: Soil Scientist/Project Manager with GZA GeoEnvironmental; performed over fifty ESA’s and numerous UST removals; managed PRP response on several large superfund sites in MA, CA, TX, NJ, and NY; In-house Counsel to the international process groups for Raytheon’s Badger Engineers and Stone & Webster; Conducted successful defense of multi-party litigation in NJ for alleged occupational exposure to mercury; Counsel specialized engineering/technology companies and EPC contractors.
Attorney Pazar can frequently be found fly fishing for trout and salmon in northern New England ponds and rivers, building furniture in his woodshop, or at his farm in Limington, Maine.
